GAZA, (PIC)-- Dr. Salah Al-Bardawil, the spokesman for Hamas’s parliamentary bloc, on Tuesday warned the Palestinian Authority (PA) in Ramallah and its unconstitutional government of any kind of participation in Israeli plans to force Palestinians to leave their homes in the West Bank.

In a press release, Dr. Bardawil said that the PA and its government will be fully responsible for the consequences of forcing citizens to emigrate from the West Bank in compliance with Israeli orders or pressures.

The Hamas lawmaker appealed to the international community and human rights organizations to oppose this Israeli criminal step and to intervene to stop it.

He also called on the Arab countries and their League to urgently move to prevent this crime from happening.

In the same context, Hamas lawmaker Huda Naim said that the Israeli military decision to expel thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank was an expected step especially after the weak Arab positions demonstrated in their summit in Libya.

In a press release on Tuesday, Naim added that the Israeli occupation realized after this summit the vulnerability of the Arab regimes and their failure to create a clear vision to support the Palestinian cause.

She also noted that the frail popular rallying of Arab and Muslim nations around the Palestinian cause and its accelerated developments gave the Israeli occupation a feeling of strength and support for its schemes against the Palestinian people.

For his part, MP Jamal Al-Khudari, the head of the popular committee against the siege, stated that the mass displacement of Palestinians from the West Bank is the beginning of a Zionist plan to exile the Palestinian people once again.

Khudari stressed in a press release the need for hastening to restore the Palestinian unity and provide an Arab and international support to confront the Israeli plans intended for displacing the Palestinian people.

In a related development, the Israeli military decision to displace West Bankers is due to come into effect as of Tuesday.

According to this decision, Israel will start to expel as of today tens of thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank and will deal with them, especially the Palestinians born in Gaza, only in accordance with military regulations.
